At Formia.ai, we’re committed to delivering exceptional AI-driven content, videos, and creative services. Because our work begins immediately after an order is confirmed, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all clients.
Order Cancellation
Once a project has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund due to time and resource allocation.
- Before production starts: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that work has not yet begun.
- After production begins: Cancellations are subject to a partial refund or credit at Formia.ai’s discretion, depending on the stage of completion.
- Subscription plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at support@formia.ai. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided in specific cases:
- Duplicate payments or billing errors.
- Services not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our end.
- Approved cancellations before project work has started.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@formia.ai with your order number and project details.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
Because of the custom nature of our creative and AI-generated work, refunds cannot be issued once final content has been delivered or significant progress has been made on a project.
This includes:
- AI-generated images, videos, or social media content already produced.
- Consulting, creative direction, or editing hours already performed.
Modifications & Revisions
If you are not satisfied with the delivered content, please contact our team — we will gladly review your project and offer reasonable revisions or adjustments to meet your expectations, per your plan’s revision policy.
Subscription Cancellations
To avoid renewal charges, subscription cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
